With 59 days to go until Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits cinemas you can be forgiven for beginning to get just a little excited by J.J. Abrams’ stint at the helm of this much (MUCH!) loved franchise. This new trailer offers more clues on what to expect.
Star Wars The Force Awakens has aired its first international TV commercial. It’s mostly rejuggled clips from previous star wars trailers but there’s a new sweeping shot at the beginning of a mass military rally akin to something you’d see in modern day north Korea or a WWII Nuremberg Rally.
A continuation of the saga created by George Lucas set thirty years after Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi (1983). Original cast members return, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew (Cherbacca) and Warick Davis. They will be joined by the likes of Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg and Gwendolin Christie (Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones).
